Everything begins as an idea, and we want to hear yours. We start our process by scheduling a brief call to learn more about you, your business and team, and your goals. We start by gaining a thorough understanding of the overall business model, then design to fit technical needs, production goals, and aesthetic vision.

PROPOSAL + RETAINER
Once we know more about your specific needs, we dial in a proposal that accurately represents your project scope and clearly outlines our fees. A signed proposal and a retainer will sound the starting bell and we’ll schedule a kick-off meeting.

PROJECT LAUNCH + EXECUTION
We’ll dial in the design vision, review communication protocol, schedule, and milestones. From concept through construction, our goal is always to exceed expectations.

SHAWN FISHER
Founder/CEO
Shawn Fisher is a licensed architect with over 18 years of architectural experience, and 7 years of designing facilities for the cannabis industry. Project design experience includes cultivation and manufacturing facilities; extraction labs, and dispensaries stretching coast to coast across the U.S. His expertise in designing specialty facilities has translated well to the legal cannabis space helping companies with both facility workflow and compliance issues.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Architecture from Louisiana State University.

CHRIS STELLY
Director of Operations
Chris is a licensed architect with over 9 years of experience designing buildings. His design experience includes dispensaries, laboratories, and a wide range of commercial, municipal, & residential projects across multiple states. His attention to detail has allowed projects to run smoothly from start through completion. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies and Master of Architecture from The University of Louisiana – Lafayette.

PATRICK DUNCAN
BIM Specialist
Patrick has been a building information model (BIM) specialist for over 9 years. His trouble shooting, and technical skills is what takes our drawing experience to the next level from providing detail drawings to complex 3D renderings. He has experience overseeing the construction of projects in both the commercial and industrial sectors and has extensive coordination and collaboration experience with a variety of disciplines.

AUDREY MERCIER
Administrator
Audrey has been an administrative professional for over 8 years. Her previous experience has been with non-profits as well as small businesses in the construction industry. She has a passion for serving her community both near and far, including helping build homes for families in need in Acuna, Mexico. Her expertise is in efficiency and organization which has helped improve processes, facilitate growth, and made way for company-wide profitability.

INGRID ADRIANZA
Director of Interior Design
Ingrid has over 19 years of experience with various types and scales of interior design projects including corporate interiors and Class A tenant build‐outs, hospitality, healthcare, multi-family residential, and government. Typical project roles have included space planning, full interior detailing, consultant coordination, programming, ff&e, specifications, project management, construction documents, and construction administration. Ingrid strives to design unique spaces and firmly believes in the power of beautiful interiors to transform daily life. She earned a Bachelor of Interior Design with a Minor in Art History from Louisiana State University.
